Seb started diving with his daughter Samantha in 2018, they immediately caught the bug, and what started as a Mateu family adventure, rapidly became a Virginia Scuba family journey.

Seb loves to learn and tries to progress in anything he does, SCUBA diving is not different, when he is not taking a new class, you will see him around asking “What is that?  How does it work?...” He then is more than happy to share the little knowledge he has. 

Seb was born in France, but don’t ask him where he is originally from, because he will tell you that he is from Jersey and that he is faking his French accent… ????.
